Over the fourth of July holiday in 2022, Kansas City radio station 90.9 The Bridge did a countdown of the top 909 songs of the 2000s, as determined by listener votes. I’ve attempted to make this list as accurate as possible, which includes correcting mistakes such as incomplete titles. I’ve added the years of the songs’ releases. Sharp readers will note there are some songs outside of the 2000-2009 window. I’m not sure how they ended up on the list. In addition, they have mistakenly listed Michael Atchison’s show Revival as the #452 song.
