I think seeing the Cars,...Thanks for getting back. I think seeing the Cars, the Police and even Springsteen and Tom Petty threw me off. Umm don't be offended (and I see U2 isn't listed) It's great to see the Love for the sixties acts! So the dividing line is if an Artist was established (say a tour Headliner) by the end of 1979, they were included as was all their later material. Is that about right?
